Free up your kitchen table and rent a workspace in our cozy house! You'll have 24-hour access to your very own (non-residential) private room with a locking door where you can work without interruptions, store all the supplies that are taking over your house, meet with clients during business hours, and have virtual meetings or classes without your cat climbing on you! Or just hide from your family and enjoy a moment with your own thoughts.

Make a pot of coffee and store a snack or two in the fridge. Hang out in common areas when they're not in use. Display your work in our shared space and on our website. High-speed internet, security, and utilities are included. Ideal renters produce some kind of art, but any creative work is welcome.

Our neighborhood boasts fabulous walk and bike scores, close TriMet access, and a great selection of restaurants and shops.
